Fountain Hills Townhomes Association is a residential community of 64 homes in Prior Lake, Minnesota, located in the Fountain Hills Court NE area. Our neighborhood includes both townhomes and row homes across nine buildings.
The Association is a Minnesota common interest community governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the owners. Working with a professional management company, the Board looks after the common areas, exterior maintenance, and the long-term care of our shared property.
